Cyberport 5 is a visionary architectural development that serves as an urban digital anchor, maximizing the site’s opportunities and elevating public- accessible open space surpassing past benchmarks. Prioritizing user experience, innovation, and sustainability, the design synergizes with the context by sculpting the terrain to merge the building seamlessly with the park, inviting greater engagement with nature.

The curvilinear and cascading building form reflects the dynamic essence of the interior spaces. Redefining traditional office design through biophilic elements such as atriums, skylights, and outdoor terraces, the project envisions to offer flexible workspaces and collaborative areas that encourage innovative interaction among users. The design articulates the relationship between upper and lower zones, intertwining internal and external spaces that welcome natural light and breezes throughout the building. The building juxtaposition and space orientation are thoughtfully placed to maximise the priceless seaview where nowhere else can offer.

New footbridges are carefully introduced to enhance connectivity with the adjoining existing campus, inviting the entire community to immerse themselves in the waterfront park. Through the design of multi-layering of landscaped pathways and terraces, this biophilic and people-centric approach enhances the spatial and technological integration within the development.
