Waterfront Promenade

The waterfront promenade is complemented by distinctive retail spaces along to create an animated public realm surrounded by lush greenery.

Elevated Park

The building boasts outdoor terraces, offering tranquil spaces for relaxation, socializing, and even working. The elevated deck, perched atop the landscape berm, provides visitors with a fresh vantage point to enjoy the waterfront.

Landscape Berm

The new building is integrated with site through a sculpted landscape berm. This seamless transition facilitates a gradual pedestrian ascent from the park to an elevated deck and more outdoor amenity area.

Jogging Trail

A public jogging trail of approximately 1,500 meters spans across the Waterfront Park and the covered area of the building, connecting the residential and commercial areas of the neighborhood. The trail provides a space for tenants and public to exercise and enjoy the surrounding waterfront views.

Landing Deck

Whether hosting art installations, outdoor markets, concerts, or community gatherings, the landing deck offers a flexible and inviting venue that can be transformed to suit various purposes throughout the year, enhancing the vibrancy of the waterfront area.
